Auction Policies:
ACCEPTED PAYMENT: Bank Check, Money Order, or MasterCard/VISA for an additional 3%.
Buyer pays flat $30. fee, to cover shipping and insurance.
We are a Federally Licensed Firearms Dealer.
RESERVE POLICY All items offered without reserve.
CLOSING AUCTIONS We do not end auctions early. However, items listed are available for sale in our shop. We therefore, reserve the right to close any auction if a bid has not been received and the item has been sold. So, if you are interested, bid early.
MODERN FIREARMS Modern firearms must be transferred through a licensed FFL Dealer. The bidder is responsible for providing a signed copy of this license. We will accept a FAX, only if it is received readable as issued per BATF regulations.
C&R LICENSE A C&R license is acceptable for C&R firearms only, where allowed by state law. Buyer is responsible for assuring the transfer on a C&R is legal in his/her state of residence.
ANTIQUE FIREARMS Antique firearms or other items will be shipped directly to the bidder upon receipt of proof of age (21 or older).
SAFETY NOTICE Buyer is solely responsible for determining that a used gun is safe to shoot. Firearms offered have not been test fired. Any used firearm should be inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing.
RETURN POLICY All firearms come with a three day inspection/return privilege. This period starts at time of delivery to your FFL. Returned gun must be received by us in the same condition that we shipped it and must not have been fired or disassembled. We will refund 100% of your purchase price exclusive of all shipping.
SHIPPING All items shipped USPS Priority Mail Insured. We WILL NOT ship by any other carrier.
